The hotel offers modern and spacious rooms with balconies, air conditioning, and ample desk space. the staff is pleasant, helpful, and available 24 hours at the reception. There is plenty of parking around the hotel, and it is conveniently located near good restaurants in the adjacent village. the breakfast room is large and airy, with the option to eat outside. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including excellent pastries and the unusual choice of scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accommodating facilities and amenities provided.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was really big and the lighting was terrific. This is not what you usually experience in European hotels. There were two equally large closets, a safe and a refrigerator. The king size bed was so comfortable. There was also a balcony so you could get fresh air. There was no traffic noise. We did not use the Olympic-size pool, but it was there for 10 euros extra. Lots of parking.
It was really hard to find. GPS was wrong (the hotel knows this) and there is only one sign, far from the hotel. It is ridiculous that there are not more signs.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the small village nearby was absolutely charming and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, helping me with everything I needed, even going as far as printing all my important documents. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great convenience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I particularly enjoyed the pastries and the scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages. the attention to detail and the quality of service made my stay here truly memorable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very "strange" hotel. The only staff we met - a receptionist. She could not give us any information neither about the hotel, nor about the restaurant. The doors of restaurant were closed. So, to have dinner we drived 20 min to Cremona. We changed 2 rooms because there were problems with electricity and nobody could help us.

The room was very spacious, quiet, clean, modern and had a balcony. The breakfast on the first day was great and included scrambled eggs and bacon. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
However on the second day chaos reigned in the dining room and the kitchen !! We waited invain for the cooked food for 1and a half hours !There is a picture in the lift of a wonderful swimming pool which gives the impression of a facility in the hotel this is not the case All the sporting facilities listed in the hotel discription are next door and do not belong to The Cremona Palace. If you want to use these there is an extra cherge of 10 euros per day.plus hat and dressing gown which you must hire fro 2 euros. We booked this hotel because we all like a swim every day but did not want to spend the whole day there. So making the 12 euro extra charge unreasonable and including the details as part of the hotel is very misleading.

The hotel's decor is absolutely charming, with elegant furniture and beautiful artwork throughout the general areas. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating in the lobby and lounge areas, where I could relax and read a book or chat with fellow travelers. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with wide hallways, well-lit corridors, and elevators conveniently located near all rooms. It made getting around the hotel so much easier for me.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff when it comes to catering to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, the young staff members seemed a bit unaware of the specific requirements and preferences of older travelers.

big, comfortable and nice designed rooms with balcony, located in quiet place, nice swimming pools nearby (outdoor and indoor) for which you have to pay, but it’s small, affordable amount, perfect hotel for a short stop
